Enjoyed this right up until the ending. The climax and falling action took all of three pages; it was just way too quickly wrapped up. Otherwise, this was a cute book.

This was a slog. Most of the characters are insufferable, but Emma is something else. Her Emily Dickinson obsession is like the beginning of an episode of Dateline. If ED wasn't already long dead I would worry this chicken would pull a single white female situation.
