Lose You to Find Me is the third installment in the Lindon U universe and one of the books I was looking forward to most. At the end of book 2, when Raine said no to Caleb I was in absolute shock. I needed to know why she would say no to marrying him.
This follows the after math of the failed proposal, where Caleb is struggling to balance heartbreak, his father's illness, his family store and school. He's over worked and overwhelmed but forcing normality while masking his pain. Raine moves back to their town to continue school and move through her parent's divorce. Now back in the same area, Raine and Caleb are finding their path's once again colliding. There's lots of hurt feelings and unheard conversations.
Caleb, my sweet boy. I love this man so much. The whole book, I wanted to hold his hand and tell him everything would be okay. Oh Miss Raine. She was so selfless, every thought and action, while looked bad was done with such good intention. I hurt watching these two hurt, to be honest. If you're not a fan of miscommunication/not receiving the full story, this may not be for you.
In the end, I'm so so proud seeing these two come back together and get their second chance.
Thank you so much to Grey's Promotions for a copy of an E-ARC for this book in exchange for an honest review

Lusty in the beginning. Easy to read. A bit boring. Wouldn’t recommend.
This is my honest review why I could not finish this book even though I think the story line is amazing, and I love the topic the author went into with the two main characters. If you want to go in blind don’t read this. But I absolutely could not accept how the relationship between Caleb and Raine started on lies. The fact that Rain sleeps with another guy right before her and Caleb get together because he had a pretty smile, makes it so much harder to believe that she actually loves him. For me it was hard to understand how she could love him if that’s all it takes to betray him like that. The story that she gets pregnant from that guy and then finds out she has endometriosis is just stupid. I LOVE that the author made such a serious and important topic Raines story but why the fuck did she have to find out like that. That’s what bothers me so much. I believe if the author would have made her find out in another way without this stupid betrayal I could have loved this book.
Plus the fact that Caleb sleeps with Emma and Raine at the same time is absolutely unacceptable to me. I resent the cheating trope with every Fiber of my being. And cheating was just a major plot point in this book, which i find disgusting. I truly believe if the author would have changed these two things or left them out completely this could have been a five star reed for me but now it’s just a DNF i will definitely not be picking up again.

It feels like I waited so long for Raine and Caleb's story. The reason for her rejecting his engagement isn't what I expected when the scene played out at the end of the last book, but it still tugged on my heart the way I knew it would. 😭

This story spills the tea on Raine and Caleb's romance drama at Lindon University. When Raine turns down Caleb's proposal, secrets and guilt break hearts. The story dives into their messy struggles amid personal crises, highlighting Raine's hidden health issue. While the emotional rollercoaster keeps you hooked, some might side-eye Caleb not catching on to Raine's health struggles. It's still a juicy Lindon U series read, blending deep emotions, tangled relationships, and B. Celeste's knack for storytelling. I can't wait to see what drama unfolds in the next chapter!
Lost you to find me is the third installment in the Lindon U series by B. Celeste. This book is definitely an emotional read and pulled at my heart strings. If you are ready for an ugly cry this is the book for you. Watching Caleb and Raine find their way back to one another was definitely worth it. This book is full of angst and emotion and I am excited to see where the rest of the series goes. B Celeste is an instant buy author for me and this did not disappoint.
