Ugh I just loved Henry and Sylvia's story so much. Both feeling broken from their 1st marriages and finding each other

Not my favorite from the series, but still good. I think this one was a bit more angst and drama than I wanted right now (understandable considering the divorced MCs).

The story was very wholesome. A nice read between dark suspense romance and fantasy but not quite refreshing. I still like the first book which Mack was a single dad in a very similar situation with Sylvia in this book. I just dislike that the first book was fun, cute and fluffy while this one was a lot heavier. Like everyone was depressed, frustrated, crying and struggling.
