Este cómic me ha llegado al kokoro. Que historia tan bonita, tan tierna, tan dulce... Tan bien hecha! Por qué no sobra ni una palabra, Wang usa muy bien la ilustración para expresar lo que sienten los personajes. Me he enamorado de esta historia. Más cómics así, por favor!
Very cute and a powerful message!! Love the inclusivity and diversity. Just wish the ending wasn’t so rushed.

Refreshing and feel-good, not to mention amazing art!
This tried to be so many things that it ended up with a very dissatisfying and unrealistic ending. It seems to be historical fiction... but the plot plays out more like a fairytale. The worst offender is that the dialogue of the Prince suggests that he may be transgender, but in the end, he just wants to dress femininely sometimes. And nobody bats an eye during the fashion show near the end? Men in dresses during that time period? Seriously? If you want this to be a wish fulfillment narrative, please make the setting/tone more fitting and less confusing. This book has a more compelling case of identity crisis than the male lead of the story. Geez.
While I enjoyed the aesthetic and lighthearted elements of the story, a realistic queer text that demands to be taken seriously in its themes/message this is not.
