For the purposes of this book, the writing was perfect - never too confusing, but never left wanting more.
I have started implementing some of the strategies and I am pleased with my shift in mindset.
Even if you only absorb 10% of the information, that 10% can be transformative. I will definitely be reading it again.

Cue -> routine -> reward
4 laws of behavior change:
1. Make it obvious
2. Make it attractive
3. Make it easy
4. Make it satisfying
Good habits form when they follow those 4. Bad habits never go away, but they will be less automatic when those 4 are inverted.

I mean it's all those things you know already, it's just here altogether. I admit it is insightful but it is very overwhelming, I have all this information on how to improve myself, and my habits but I can't even start with the first step.

While the book is decent, giving good ideas and telling funny stories, this is not for me.
Either I am not a habit person (which is perfectly fine, not everyone is) or the writing style is not for me.
I still recommend it to people that wish to form a habit, as there are a lot of examples to learn from.
