The absolute best of the Loeb/Sale Marvel Color Trilogy, outright. This captures a somberness juxtaposed with the idealistic Silver Age perfectly. Of the three limited series, Gray, Yellow, and Blue, Spider-Man's is the closest to the Batman stories which made me love the Loeb/Sale team. It's nowhere near as dark as The Long Halloween or Dark Victory, but as a quality story, this is tops. I'm more of a story guy than an art guy with comics, and so I usually only point out the art when it's really good or really bad, and this art is perfect.

I always loved Mary Jane and I never was a fan of gwen. I didn't liked this comics storyline but it was nice to read a spiderman adventure.

The book was pretty good until THE ENDING, I cried even without the context of the story when I saw it on a video
