Pretty standard and common sense but sometimes you need that when you’re feeling low and have no energy to do anything. It did make me feel more positive so I guess it worked.

I don't regret reading it. The books broken into many smaller bite-sized pieces than the other books. I don't know how I feel about the format. Might make a good daily reader or something you read a page if you want inspiration. If you like that format, then it's a great book. It's a bit too snacky for me, though. I'm sure it's the perfect format for many, though. Just not me.
