The only thing I didn't like was that "big things" was so ... "small" in the book, they didn't seen that much of a deal.

But I loved the book!!!! Adrian forever <3

This book took me longer than expected to read because I was so frustrated with it. I didn't want to keep reading it because it wasn't going the way I wanted, but I also couldn't stop reading it because I wanted to find out what happened!

I am the type of reader that gets invested in my characters. I want them to have happy endings and when they don't, I get frustrated right along with the characters.... I'm mad because Rose and Dimitri are still not together. I have been for that relationship since the beginning and I have been a very frustrated fan since they haven't been together since book three. I have also been frustrated that Christian and Lissa haven't been together, but that has recently been fixed so I am happy about that!

Overall, the book was amazing! The ending was a bombshell and I honestly can't wait to see what happens in the final book of the series. I would definitely recommend this entire series to anyone who likes a good fantasy story!

Wow, what an ending. I think that ending made up for the frustrations I felt throughout this book. Now don't get me wrong, I LOVE Dimitri and when he was changed back I was estatic. It is Rose where my frustrations lie. I understand that Dimitri was her first love and that's something that's hard to get over. But she should have been honest with Adrian about it. Not lie and tell him that she will be with him even after Dimitri returns. She broke his heart once in this book and even though she says she's willing to try again and let Dimitri go, I still feel that Adrian will get his heart broken yet again. NOT OKAY! On a side note, I am happy that Lissa and Christian are back together. I adore Christian and find that I can tolerate Lissa more when she is with him.

Now for the questions: Who is this illegitimate child Lissa's father has? Is it someone that we know? Who killed the Queen? And why blame it on Rose? What is Rose's fathers role in all of this? WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN???

Ummm woah? I honestly do not know what I else I can add to my Vampire Academy reviews but since I have received until this point I’m going to keep reviewing! It seems like my feelings are the same for the last books in the series.

Spirit Bound takes place at the end of the school year. Rose, Lissa and all their friends are graduating high school and are setting off to Court to receive their guardian assignments and spend the summer “relaxing”. Of course, Dimitri is still after Rose and planning on capturing her, promising to find her no matter where she goes. Rose & friends hatch this master plan to discover how to heal Strigoi with spirit… but the plan backfires. And this book ends on the biggest cliffhanger so far!

I didn’t want to reveal too much in my “summary” of the book. So much happens in this book… it’s so hard to review these books spoiler free, the further I’m getting into the series. So be warned… there will be spoilers ahead: I just can’t explain my feelings without revealing some parts :S

As I’ve said before I love Rose more and more as this series goes on. I absolutely adored her in this book. I think my favorite part about Rose is she is not without faults. She has jealousy, she is working past her feelings of Dimitri while being with Adrian… and she still tries to remain her bad ass self. The one thing that I didn’t really enjoy about this book is Rose & Adrian’s relationship. I hate how Adrian is getting strung along. I absolutely 100% percent want Dimitri and Rose to be together but I just feel so bad for Adrian because I really like him too. The entire book she more or less ignored the feelings of Dimitri, but you could so tell where the storyline was going with her relationships.

I also love that Eddie was featured so much in this book! I love Eddie and the part in Shadow Kiss that hurt me the most was when I found out that Eddie was captured. I was so scared that he might die. But alas, he is and he is in Spirit Bound so much He plays a major part in this book. We also meet Sonya’s(the spirit teacher who turned Strigoi) ex boyfriend. I thought that was an interesting twist and I’m sure they are bound to go somewhere else with this.

The ending was such a cliffhanger! I couldn’t even believe that it left off like this… as I write this I am actually half way through Last Sacrifice because I simply could not wait at all.

All in all I absolutely adored Spirit Bound… I see why everyone loves this series so much. It’s amazing.

Well, true enough, I DID eat my words after reading Spirit Bound. HOW IN THE HELL DO THIS SERIES JUST GET EVEN MORE AWESOME, EVEN MORE HEART-POUNDING-SLASH-HEART STOPPING after reading it?!?!

I was basically saying "HOOOOOOOOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!" the whole time. DAMN, the Hedge Maze on HP4 ain't got nothin' on the twists and turns that happened on this book!!! Good Lord!!!!!!!

It was heart-stopping (as usual), it generated a lot of cursing (on my part, lol.. damn my passionate emotions haha), it was ANGSTYYYYY. DAMN. I won't get into it much but certain Romitri scenes in this book were even angstier than the Romitri scenes in Blood Promise. *wipes away snot from nose*

As usual, the last few chapters had me at the edge of my seat, if my ass hadn't fallen off first. But believe me, I was close to falling my ass off! The last scene just made everything in me DROP!! (esp my jaw... WHOAAA)

I can't wait to start reading the conclusion of this book series.. and I'm fairly sure I'm gonna buy the book set and reread this, IN HARD COPY!!!

*starts off Last Sacrifice almost immediately*

Like every other book in this series, this was intense. So was the ending.
This book took me longer to finish than the others in the series. Don't know why, because it was freaking awesome. I guess life just happened.
Rose had to go through so much pain again and I was feeling for her so badly. I got my heart broken at least once in every chapter and oh, poor Dimitri. Never thought I'd feel sorry for the strong god he is, but I did and damn it hurts.
That's the best way to summarize this book: it hurt. Yet at the same time the romance was so on point again, it made everything so real, like you're in love yourself.
