The only thing is that I wish the main character didn’t obsess over the love interest
I didn't like the whole plot of this book. Turning Dimitri back to dhampir was too surreal and easy as well as entering into a maximun security prison. I mean, this was described as a peace of cake. Then the whole Rose Adrian thing didn't make sense. I like Adrian, I really do and I want him to be happy with Rose. But I didn't even get why she agreed to the relationship. The so-called love of her live just kinda 'died' what feels like seconds ago and just like that she grabs the very next boy that is around. I mean, you gotta be kidding me. Though she's still deeply in love with Dimitri and thinks about nothing but him. Which makes a lot of sense of course. Than she tells Adrian that she doesn't wanna lose 'what's between them' but also wants Dimitri back more than everything, not wasting a single thought on her boyfriend. She didn't even want to admit that she has one.
The whole story is way too easy, surreal and Rose speaks of herself like of a kinda hero which is just sooooo weird to read! At the beginning she had to repeat her victories on like every page and always wanted to seem modest which she definetely isn't.
This was definetely one of the worst books of the whole series though I kinda hated the first one so this one was probably still better.

No offense but this book made a lot less sense than I wanted it to. I liked the plot twists and all but come on, I did not feel any tension in the last pages. I want more. Definitely need more. I'm gonna devour Last Sacrifice like pizza, son!
Recensione su Giulia's World

Alright I don't actually know how I feel about this one. It was probably one of the more depressing of this series after Dimitri becoming Strigoi. Im confused about the parts that several of the characters are going to play. Its a good book, VERY good, just leaves more unanswered questions.
