Oh. My. God. I read this in one sitting today and was so anxious the whole time. It was disturbing and satisfying and nerve-wracking. And, as only Freida Macfadden can do, the final pages were the final mouth drop. Such a good thriller!!!!!!
(And to whoever doesn’t like this book because mental health problems are not accurately represented: pick up a freacking medicine book. This is fiction for a reason)

This psychological thriller was literally psychological. While I saw some things playing out, I appreciate being surprised by other twists. 

Mental health is not talked about enough. It's encouraging to see popular authors write about mental health. My undergrad degree is in Psychology, but I'm really glad that none of my internships went like this!

The pacing is increasingly frustrating as I go through the book. Something's gonna happen and then nothing, and so on. It didn't build up any suspense because of that. The twist was unexpected but it could've been built up more so it was a bit underwhelming.
