I got this for my 8 year old daughter, who loved it so much that she immediately gave it to me when she finished so I could read it as well.
The mystery plotlines are both cute, the journal pages are super fun, and Cici learns some great lessons while also doing good. I also really love the artwork style.
I can't wait to read the second (my daughter currently has it, so I have to wait

Cici is terrible and her friends should be mad at her. She is selfish and a list. I couldn't support her.

I haven't been this charmed by a book in a long while. From the intriguing, delightful plot, to the watercolor artwork, to the insightful first person journaling, I genuinely couldn't put it down. love, love, loved it.
