It was an easy read. Pretty much the same like the movie (the social network), but still worth reading.
still not sure whether i love this book, as i’m not a big fan of the writing style, but the story itself is pretty good and even shocking sometimes!

A nice read! Not too dramatic, but a great retelling of the story with fresh writing. I just wish there was a re-release with everything that’s happened since 2009, such as Instagram and now Meta, but perhaps that’s a high ask.
If you're willing to read this as a novel, rather than an account, it's not bad.
I remember picking this book up in the library and thinking "oh cool, a biography." When I finally put the book down my thoughts were "OMG. Really?" I was ecstatic. I was even more ecstatic when I saw trailers for the movie. I still loved the book more :)

The title made it sound juicy than it really was.... The writing was fine but halfway through I realized that I do not care at all about Mark Zuckerberg or the Olympian twins or Eduardo.
This was my first ever audio book & I thoroughly enjoyed it. I found the recount of the social mores of Harvard fascinating as was the retelling of the origin of the Facebook phenomenon. Even if only partially true the inter-relationships between the major players were rivetting.
