I loved this book! Maeve and Cam’s story was so rocky but so rewarding in the end. If you read the first book you know Ester’s story and how intense it was, but Maeve’s took it farther. The intensity of this book had me addicted to reading it, I couldn’t put it down because the more I read the more I had to know what would happen next. I cannot wait for the next book!

Physical - such a better story than the first one and the start to the next love story already in the making  within the last 30ish pages of this story. Love the enemies to lovers troupe especially the forced proximity/marriage aspect. Love how they slowly thaw each other’s frozen hearts.

3.5 this is probably my least favorite in the series. It felt like things moved too fast between the mc’s compared to the other books. So if you’re reading the books in order (unlike me. I started with book 3) they do get better. Mac also upset me in this one, he treated Maeve really badly compared to the following books. I was shocked and it made me kinda not like him and he was my second favorite mmc in the series 😩

I still definitely recommend this series!

So if you like forced marriage, mafia romance, and enemies to lovers, then this book is for you. 

I just loved Cameron and Maeve’s story. The enemies to lovers trope was done well IMO. And the banter between the two main characters made it even more better.  I needed more of Cam and Maeve and I’m sad that their story has ended but I’m so ready to read more about Katie.
