I have not read the first book in this series but after reading this book I wouldn't mind reading the first book. The main leads, Hunter and Tracy were good. Although, I do have to say that someone kind of stole some of the spotlight from them. His name is Adam. Going from having a prison record to being a father to Adam has left Hunter clueless. Luckily, he had Tracy to help him. She is kind.

As far as romance goes, there was no movement until more than the half way mark. From there kisses were stolen. The chemistry between these two was sweet. That is exactly how the whole story was...sweet. Kind of like a dash of Debbie Macomber thrown in the mix. This book will get you started in the holiday mood.

Their Christmas Miracle by Lynne Marshall #TheirChristmasMiracle #NetGalley
Story starts out with Tracy who's a nurse fulltime but also gets up early to bake desserts for Wood's Cafe. Lately she's been running into the boss Hunter himself.
He's a very quiet keep to himself kinda guy but she gets to talk and he divulges some of his secrets of the past. He asks her questions about her life also and tells him some, but not all.
He shows up at her door one night with his cousins baby that he's caring for and she helps get him off to sleep, and tells Hunter to get some rest also. Over the pages we learn more about each of them, the cafe in Charity and why Hunter is going to end up with the child.
Love hearing of how he takes care of the child, like a first time parent with amazement at what the child is doing-so real. There are misunderstandings and you wonder if they will ever bridge the gap again...
Few characters and like recap of things to come with them and others in the community. Love just all the little surprises, you don't have to look hard to find them. Love symbols on the tattoo and what they mean.
Other works by the author and Tule Publishing are highlighted at the end. Can't wait to read more from this author.
Received this review copy from the author via Net Galley and this is my honest review.

Starts off okay-ish, and then just becomes a mess of meh.

This was a unique Christmas story.

Hunter is a Native American who suddenly finds himself with his baby godson. The aspects of his Native heritage were interesting. Hunter is close to his grandmother, who is called Knows Much. That’s the perfect name for a wise grandmother! I would have liked to see more of Hunter’s family. I think they would have made for some fun plot twists.

Hunter runs into problems with being his godson’s guardian because he isn’t 100% Native. The baby’s full Native grandparents think they have more of a claim on the baby, who is also fully Native. Hunter has to find a creative way for him to be able to keep the baby.

The Christmas theme was a nice background to the story. It emphasizes the family image that Tracy is looking for, and the new family of Hunter and Adam. The Christmas season really brings people together, like Hunter and Tracy.

This is a really fast read. It’s great to read over the holidays!

I received a copy of this book on NetGalley.

Hunter & Tracy share a kitchen - he uses it to make food for his café and she uses it to bake pies for sale. Tracy is also a nurse, but we don't really see much of that. There's a lot of chemistry between the two of them, which only intensifies throughout the book. When tragedy strikes and Hunter has to step up and take on more responsibility, he thinks that he can rely on Tracy to jump in and support him, but is there something holding her back?

This was sweet and the relationship was cute, I enjoyed it and it was a nice palate cleanser in between heavier books.
