Reading this reasonably soon after QEII death meant some of the events/structure of the the “royal” elements were a bit jarring as the reality was too recent.
If you can ignore that (as most people probably can) then the book offers an interesting insight into the role of the royalty and racism … also a very current topic!
But the story itself is fun and entertaining

The way this book tackles issues that happen within the Royal family and you can see the parts in which connect to who. Those parts were done so well!! I also loved the mystery, i know this is not for everyone, as some found it easy to figure out. But i didn't and i wasn't bored by it and everytime i put it down was thinking about all the angles. I found this a quick fun read
