This book is amazing and is something I believe everybody should read (or listen to). Dr. Gregor takes an extremely scientific approach to nutrition , but is at the same time very easy to follow. I love his style and even more important: he convinced me to make some important changes to my daily diet!

Wonderful underated book, this book gives a great message to the world which no one wants to hear and no one ever care to listen.
I appreciate the dedication of the author who researches more about this topic and put forward his idea in the form of this book. The content of this book is not ‘digestible’ for all. Some will say it’s just absurd, because nowadays whatever ‘non-veg’/junk food things we eat, the author says it as ‘poison’. So the only way to live healthy in this world is to eat healthy, avoid junk/processed and non veg foods.
This book is not for the people who consider living life to its fullest. This book is specifically for the people who want live a life after sacrificing plenty of food items which give pleasure to the taste buds.
We will disagree with the author in so many things. It is just absurd and not at all possible to eliminate almost all the foods which make our taste bud amazing. But we do not have any choice other than this little sacrifice which help ourselves and our loved ones life Hale & Hearty.

This book was a LOT. It’s so dense, but it’s also fascinating. I listened to the audiobook, and while that made it easier to get into, I definitely didn’t retain everything I wanted to take note of. This is the kind of book I’d love to flip back through as needed so I’ll be looking for a used copy to keep. While some reviewers felt this book was vegan propaganda, I simply found it thought provoking (I lean vegetarian).

I definitely learned some things, but the book did not need to be this long for me to get there.
