Oh my god what a great ending to this series. So much happened to close out certain stories and answer certain questions but we're left with so many more!! I had no idea for all these years that there's a second series to this one that completes the prophecy storyline. I cannot wait to read it! I'm so sad not just to be done with this book, but also by the ending. This book is tragic, lots happens to the cats in the clan and how Hollyleaf, Lionblaze and Hollyleaf treat Squirrelflight and Leadpool is hard to read. There was so much growth in these last few books that really culminates to a very climatic and emotional ending.

surprisingly dull for a large percentage of it especially since its the finale of this arc but wow does it go out with bang. the first of the two big reveals is so obvious that i wasn't expecting the second to be legitimately shocking and i was completely enthralled from then on.

Jayfeather is determined to discover who his real parents are. The mysterious murder the still ripples through the clan remains unsolved.

I don't have any useful words to say. All I can say is I HATE HOLLYLEAF MORE THAN ANY OTHER CAT IN THE SERIES! ^^

Poor Honeyfern. Reviewing this in 2025 when I read this in 2024, I honestly don’t remember much about this book, but I definitely remember Honeyfern dying. That was so sad. I also do remember Hollyleaf being Ashfur’s murderer just because I’ve read this book 80,000 times when I was in middle school. Lol.

It's a good book, but really sad. I had stopped reading it for a while, but finally finished it. I wouldn't have finished it except for the fact that it is in the middle of a series.
