I have to say that somehow I was expecting a bit more from this book, I keep waiting for Sam to break but she doesn't really break she just numbs the pain and I don't think that is healthy.

Mason and Logan yes they love her but I think it is a bit too much.
It is a good book but I do not think it should be like this, that is of course my opinion and I think it might be just too strong of a topic but never the less it is a good book.

Mother Knows Crazy!
What a bizarre book…The main character Samantha is a completely different person from book one. She is very fragile, weak, and needy. In the first book Sam had a backbone. She didn’t care about what everyone thought of her. This character did a complete 180, very disappointing. I really got frustrated when reading parts such as, “my chest tighten.” and “throat closed up, not able to speak.” Just spit it out Sam, communicate with Madison and Logan.

As far as the plot of the story goes, not much happens. Basically, Samantha, makes a new friend and transfers schools. Thats it. I almost felt that this was a book filler. The only character I felt that was well-rounded was Heather. The only thing good about this book was the drama. It was very amusing and entertaining to read. Samantha’s mom is a psycho. Other than that, I really don’t have anything else really to say about this book, I will however read the next book because it’s a great train-wreck to read.

The song that best describes the story is, Circle The Drain by Katy Perry

Book started off right where book 1 ended, and it is basically an all out war in this book. Sam's mom is one crazy lady. The first book gave a glimpse into Sam mom but this book shows how crazy this women really is, like psycho crazy. I did not understand how Mason and Logan dad basically let Sam mom say and do things to his sons and not flinch about it, especially when she showed her true colors. Sam was not the tough chic she was in book 1, but I understand why. You have to realize she been so numb for so long and had to deal with a lot of bullshit from not only her mom but her best friends and boyfriend, so it make sense that she was emotional (especially since it was a time frame of months). So Sam emotions did not bother me, it was how she can forgive people like Adam, Jeff, and Becky so easily. I mean hello Adam threw a hissy fit because Sam did not like him the same way and was a complete jerk to her and to top it all off he lied to Becky to have her hate Sam. Becky pissed me off because I thought she was a true friend to Sam but jealousy and envy made her diss her, and she believed Adam lie even though she knew it was a lie but believed it to have an excuse to hate Sam! Sam should of said screw you and put up her middle finger! Becky and Adam showed their true colors and yet it took a sad expression to forgive them PUH-LEESE. And Jeff! Really why is he still in the picture, and why does he want her to show him how to be a good boyfriend.*GAG* I hope Heather will be a better friend and really stick with Sam through everything. Mason was the rock in this book he loves Sam with all his heart and was there for her in her time of need. Logan was a great brother to Sam and I want him to find a girl that will love him for him. Nate I know there is more to him and hope to find out his story. I feel that there will be some more drama (happy dance) and I believe Sam mom will yet another splash in her atempt for control. All in all I loved the book I just couldnt give the full 5 star because of Sam lack of standing up for herself when it came to her so call friends. Cannot wait until book 3!!

4.5 stars

Another fantastic installment! I just love Mason even more in FCF. He's such a quiet and calculating alpha male who just loves Samantha. We saw a little bit of her dynamic with her mom in FCH, but in this installment, I hated the mother even more for her years of mental and physical abuse. I just can't wait for the next part!

Addicted to this series

And the drama continues. Samantha's mom tips the scale to full blown crazy. Though we find out more about the why which is highly enlightening. I feel like we get to see a softer side to Mason and Logan, at least when it comes to Sam. And while the issues with the Elite at Academy are a thing of the past with her changing schools, we see that she faces a whole new and potentially bigger issue with the girls of Public. Add in the Roussou rivalry and it's all a powder keg waiting to explode. I'm both anxious and excited to see what will happen for these three next.

2.7⭐... Again

I swear to god I devoured all of Fallen Crest in 1 week.

Defintley love this world and characters although the fact that grimace is used constantly is super annoying. And is the reason I gave it 4 stars because I'm so sick of seeing it.

Loving this series!!! Can't wait to read on.

ok so what happened!!!!! Sam became a pussy. She changed... she went from going after her mother for a free for all when her mother smacked her in the face twice to a girl that was terrified of her mother.

Any way on to the next....Hopefully all the characters still have the same personalities!
