Took way too long to get into the good stuff. The good stuff is good, though, and kept me up reading til 2 AM one night which is always a nice feeling.

this was beautifully written and I really enjoyed the vivid imagery but the plot was bare bones. I still have so many questions as to how the ending became the ending. Characters were speaking in riddles that didn’t make sense and the romance didn’t sell me in the. 

3/5 because I could so clearly see the circus

The descriptiveness in imagery  of this book is unparalleled. I enjoyed the story, but there is way too much in between that is left to the imagination. The plot is ambiguous and we only ever catch glimpses into the story for moments at a time making the slightly difficult to follow along and understand.
