Slower than the second but quite a lot of spice. Enjoyed how the story progressed but I felt there were a few pieces that could have been added to the story to make it feel more "complete". Looking forward to book 4!

We might not have saved the continent yet. We hadn't even stopped my wedding. But Ilara was mine, and I was hers, and damn anyone who tried to rip us apart.

5 stars!

This series truly does get better and better with each book as the twists and truths are slowly revealed only to highlight even more shadows and deceit. I really loved how Norivun and Ilara's relationship finally evolved in this novel as they embrace the mate bond. I loved seeing Norivun's jealousy and possessiveness, but I loved seeing how he is willing to compromise for his mate even more. We learn more about what Ilara is, and I enjoyed watching her confidence and strength grow as she becomes this badass heroine who is capable of standing next to the Prince of Death. Krista revealed so much new information and characters in this story (who were familiar from her other series), and I cannot wait to see what's in store for the finale!

3.5 ⭐️ it was okay. I like the characters but not sure if I’ll pick up the 4th book. Some of the writing felt repetitive and just didn’t keep me all that interested.

I’m pretty sure I also saw stars and felt gods while reading Wings of Snow in the. I just…my brain is so enchanted and I’m so in love with this world that Krista Street has so lovingly created. As I near the end of the journey with Ilara and Norivun, I’m filled with excitement but sadness at seeing how close that nears…But! this and all the books in the series is a must read! It’s sooo good!
