blah, this book was pinfully bad, horrible, I don't even care, what the hell happen to the "hero" or if carateres get a happy ending.
It's just not my cup of tea.
I think it was a good plot but the writing style not so much. I didn't connect with the characters even though they were unique. I'll pass.

Craving is such a satisfying read. I was hooked from the beginning, who wouldn't be hooked by Talon and Jade. I thought I knew where the story was going but Helen Hardt didn't let that happen-- the ending of this book caught me off guard!
Helen Hardt is such an amazing author. She has several series out ready to read and I definitely recommend every one of them.

I honestly enjoyed it. I enjoyed the mystery behind who Talon was and what happened to him. I did feel that there was May a little to much sex like there is one part when the sex is about 3-4 chapters which is a little to much. I did enjoy the story though. I finished it in one night.
Not gonna lie the book has some pretty incredible sex scenes but then it goes sideways 60% of the way through and I was like like I can't - DNF
it was steamy it was enjoyable i didn’t really believe that they were in love bc there was no connection besides physical they literally barely know each other but loveddds the plot twist at the end and it was playing out quite well in that you didn’t know the extent of his trauma until the end

Honestly, it wasn’t spectacular. I felt like I knew the side characters better than I knew the main characters. Both of the main characters are incredibly dull and have no real personality to them. When they do finally get somewhere in developing a personality type, it feels like it just vanished when reading the books.
Great story and character development through this book. It is part 1 of 3 so it ends on a cliffhanger. Great mystery in it as well. There is child abuse so don’t read or listen if that is something that you aren’t comfortable with.
Oy vey. Definitely not my cup of tea. I saw an ad on Instagram to get it for free so I tried it out. I didn’t see the trigger warning about the child sexual abuse until AFTER I downloaded the free version from Amazon. I wouldn’t have done it if I had. I did still read it and skipped those particular parts. I couldn’t stand any of the characters and their interactions. And then, if things couldn’t get any worse, it did....it ends in a damn cliffhanger. This series has 10 books.....oh I’m sorry, I just Googled it....it’s EIGHTEEN books...and this particular couple’s story runs through 3 of those. No thanks.
