jag gillar ju häxorna så mycket. de är så ikoniska. o nu så ska jag läsa om en trollkarl :/ inte lika slay. aja, den här är tydligen en parodi på shakespeares tragedier and l love it. rolig, spännande men ändå med ett djup!

A Discworld novel that is essentially the telling of Macbeth from the witches' point of view. It was a quick, funny read. Probably would've been funnier if I was more familiar with either Macbeth or Discworld. I know there were a lot of references to both that I didn't get.

This one didn't quite land for me. As usual, there were some golden nuggets as expected from a Discworld story. But somehow the story itself was a bit nebulous and I just never felt like picking it back up. I like the ending when everything finally came together.

Personally I think this is the weakest book in the Discworld series so far, but still very enjoyable.

A magical/paranormal, science fiction fantasy comedy, inspired by Shakespeare's Macbeth, Hamlet, and King Lear. Check out full review on my blog: https://amandadroverhartwick.wordpress.com/2017/06/11/wyrd-sisters-spoiler-free-book-review

I loved every bit of it. All the references to Shakespeare were clever and fit perfectly into the storyline without being cliché.
