I really enjoyed Alex’s & Gabe’s story, they are so sweet together you can’t help but swoon. I loved how vulnerable they were with each other and how they were there for each other. I liked getting to know Alex’s more after seeing him in the previous book. Brilliant read!

Funniest opening as far. The Queer Collectice descended on Seattle to cheer Aleks up by throwing a party where they are all dressed up in clothes they picked up blindfolded from a charity shop. A little mishap occurs, and the fire brigade arrives - Enter Gabe, who knows nothing about hockey.

It's the cutest story as Aleks attempts to learn who he is after divorcing his childhood sweetheart and then embarking on a journey of self discovery and as Oskar and Lan predicted falling in love with the first guy he sleeps with

I read this book in less than a day. So safe to say that I couldn't put it down. The first chapters made me LOL and I was excited to see more of Gabe after listening to the husband hoax by the same authors.
I love reading books where the communication between characters are top notch. Got a bit scared at the end of the authors turning it into the typical non communication communication but thankfully that did not happen. Those two are perfect for each other and it was nice to see how understanding Gabe was of Alek's needs and Aleks' realization about how his marriage to Rebecca was.
