I guessed the killer fairly early in this one but I loved the killer so much as a character I would’ve been devastated if it was anyone else. There were times I questioned my theory..but I was invested in this madness! One thing I love about Amanda’s writing is how vividly she describes her characters, I can easily depict them in my head and it adds so much more to the story!

I don’t have any artistic talent or relation to the MC this was still a great read and one I truly recommend! Fast paced, unique storyline, and justice that was served!

3.5 because I’m a thriller/mystery reader but starting this had me thinking… mmm maybe this is not for me. Yet, I could not put it down. Twists, turns.. just a little creepy but ready for the next.

Omg!!! What a great start to an thriller series that i cannot wait to get to book two! I enjoyed the different pov i think of it was just Mills point of view the story would have lacked something. When i was reading the big bads point of view it almost seemed like it was in a dream like state. THAT CLIFFHANGER UGHH!!!

I really enjoyed this book. The first chapter was really intense, but it sucked me in! It’s told in several POV’s but it was so easy for me to keep track. Sometimes I have issues, but this story was written very well! I enjoyed Emily’s friends. Their humor and love for her felt very real so I connected to every character and loved each one! I did see who the killer was, but the way everything was revealed was fantastic. I did not see the end coming though, which was a nice surprise! I need the next book already! I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Mills is an artist, and she is amazing at it. When girls around her town start dying she wants to help give them a voice. She doesn't know how to help or how they are connected so she does the only thing she knows how...she paints. Can she figure out what is going on before more girls start to die?

This book was definitely different from any other book I've ever read! While I can't relate to Mills at all (I have NO artistic bone in my body), I thought she was a good character. She found her calling in life and knew who she was. She also stood up for the people who couldn't stand up for themselves.

The book didn't feel like a thriller to me, it seemed more like a YA mystery. I figured out who the killer was early on in the book, but I still wanted to know how it panned out. However, I thought the writing was great!
