Note: audiobook

I had high hopes for this to be a fun, enternaining read, but it didn't really blew my socks off. I enjoyed the time and setting, but the magic and general action were on the low side.
I do recommend if you love cozy fantasy.

Enjoyable, but there wasn't a lot of plot to speak of for most of the book. We follow our main character who is denounced as a witch because of a birthmark, being cast out by her family, to then ironically becomimg a witch because the little town coven are the only option left to her. It was cosy, but I was also bored while reading (the audiobook)and my mind kept wandering.
