This was definitely my least favourite of the series so far. It was fast paced but the plot way completely ridiculous and just got more unbelievable as the book progressed.

I like the characters and idea of the storyline , but it just comes off as dull ....

Wrap It Up!

This series has gone from interesting to ridiculous. Like the previous two installments, there are too many holes in the storyline. The venom that Gwen’s husband had for her just doesn’t make sense. It’s also too much of a reach that she goes from living in seclusion to protect her kids to doing vigilante investigations for strangers. She has become some sort of bounty hunter while her own life is in complete shambles. She and her family go through life doing whatever they want with no consequences. Her story has strayed so far from the first book. I’m ready for this character to be put to rest.

I liked how like the other books in this series, it was engaging and tough to put down! Not as good as the first 2 books but I still enjoyed the mystery and feeling that you don’t know who to trust. This one felt like it had some plot holes though
