This book was so good, but I hate how she ends on a cliffhanger, right in the middle of the final action. I guess it just leaves the reader to assume what happens next. Her newest book, “The Dare” does NOT do that, thankfully. 
I thought the rest of this book was very good, though. I was thoroughly shocked by all of the twists, and my heart was pumping during the tense scenes! I would say this is a good YA thriller, if you don’t mind coming to your own conclusion about how it ends.

This was a step out of my comfort zone as prior to this I didn’t read much of this genre. Preston is incredible at painting a picture in your mind. I felt like I could so clearly map out the park which helped me really get into this story. It started off a little slow and at some points I wanted to give up thinking “this is so easy to guess what is happening next or who did it…however I am glad that I stuck with it because I could have never anticipated the plot twist! Looking forward to reading more by this author.

I had a difficult time putting this book down! The action started very early on in the book and didn’t slow down until the very last sentence. I was honestly shocked by both the revelation of the murderer and by the ending, although his motive didn’t quite make sense to me which is why I’m giving 4 stars. All in all a very exciting read!

Who thought going to a basically deserted island was a good idea in the first place?! These influencers that were teenagers didn’t care though. Definitely a YA book.
