The prose was beautifully done, the story just wasn’t for me
I sort of want to throw up.
Heartbreaking and filled with despair this is a story about love and it’s journey to complete chaos and suffering through a grieving, long given-up man’s eyes. I can only compare it to White Nights as I see many similar facts to the way our narrator comes to be and how he comes to find love. I for sure thought this would be a quick and easy read but found it to require thinking and breaks, though I thoroughly recommend it.
