Beautiful writing, but a bit too dark, even for me. Only one character I really wanted to root for, and the rest had history or flaws that seemed to be too big to all belong in one book.

A fab start to this year of books! I was absolutely hooked from the beginning, so many twists and turns, and so well written, loved the darkness of it!

The many points of view made this book interesting, although I found the plot itself to be very simple/straightforward at the end of the day. I also weirdly didn’t really care about solving the murder or who did it, possibly because the victim wasn’t compelling or painted in a very kind light. I feel like a horrible person! Going to self-evaluate now.

A young man is found murdered and three women who are suspects are connected to him and eventually to each other. Their paths intertwine as the police try to figure out what happened.
