The prose is very lyrical and I love Ahdieh’s description.
My main complaint was that the plot seemed too slow-paced, but that was before I found out this is actually a quartet in the making (I originally thought this was a duo). Now that I know this is ongoing, I’m very excited to see where this is going to go because it’s going in a different direction than “typical” vampire romance.

I loved this book. It was such a great continuation of the story, and I absolutely loved it. The ending seemed a little rushed, but it still had a great plot and amazing characters.
