I read this book in two days. I might not share the same values as the book’s character such as jealous or toxicity but I have to admit I enjoy reading this books. Perfect if your looking forward start reading dark romance.

I try to put it into words but it never comes out right. I already miss them. And the wild part? This was my first dark romance ever, so it’s extra special to me. I love it so much it actually makes me feel physically ill.

I have seen this series on Tik Tok for almost 3 months, Each time I say I don't need to read another mafia romance. I finally caved, and downloaded the 1st one. I read this in one sitting, within a few hours. I laughed, shamed characters, and argued with the book. Nico is a whole other species, a Mafia Don with the biggest soft spot for Elena. The amount of attitude Elena gave him, the responses, she knew better, she knew the repercussions but didn't expect her heart to be involved until it was. The possessive attitude, the "MINE" slip up he had. I loved this book, I wasn't in the mood for a Dark romance, which I assumed this might be but it was more centered on their relationship which I enjoyed. Some of the side characters were hard to grasp onto, but we have 2 more books in this world, which I have a feeling will shed more light on them.

I just could not get into it. The pain characters were so mind numbing like lost little sheep there was nothing exciting happening except them whining about how they either like or don’t like each other.
