I started and finished this book in one day! I LOVED it! I had originally started with the 3rd book in this series but did not like it however I had been seeing a lot of positive reviews on this series so I decided to start with the first book. I am soo glad I did because this is now one of my top 5 mafia romances! I am new to the genre and each writer does mafia in a different way so I have been enjoying seeing what I like and dislike. The MMC in this book climbed my list of MMC almost to the top. I just loved the FMC and MMC chemistry and the slow burn and unconventional start to their relationship! Nico is like all the best parts of a mafia man all in one! This book deserves all the hype!
3.5 stars wasn’t the best. the first 200 pages felt repetitive.
