This was my first read by Laura Pavlov and I absolutely loved it! Easton and Henley were adorable and I loved their style of caring banter. The topics in the book were very realistic and understandable and I loved how they seemed like real people going through issues together. I can’t wait to read more in this series and by this author!

I was really loving this book and was going to give it a 5/5 until the end. I liked both the characters and the plot of the book.

It is no secret that I love Laura and think everything she writes is pure magic and once again she starts off a brand new series with a top tier story that will for sure be on everyone’s favorite list. This book is absolute perfection! If you have previously read Laura’s books, then you might remember Easton. He is the twin brother of Emerson (Beating Heart). He is a top lawyer at his firm and was given the job of having to mentor the boss’ daughter. While at first he thinks she got the job because of who her father is, he quickly develops a new perspective after seeing her impressive work ethic.

Beefcake’s Uncle E has met his match! Easton has met his match in Henley. From work to pickleball and everything in between they are perfect for each other. If Easton can move past his trauma they can be each other’s HEA

I can’t imagine being in Easton’s shoes. Even with all his tools his struggle is so heartbreaking. I do love that he doesn’t go it alone and asks for help.

I am so ready to read the rest of this series! The Chadwick’s seem like a good time

3.5/5–LP style of writing is NOT for me. 3.5 though because it kept my attention (even if I did roll my eyes and cringe through a lot of it).

I’m not sure how anyone can rate this a 5/5…Laura Pavlov’s writing is reminiscent of someone fresh out of high school.

Main storyline was good but there were too many grammar issues, not enough character development, holes in the plot, and red flags.

Also, the continual mention of “my girlfriend” and “my boyfriend” was cringeworthy.

I *might* consider reading book two just to see if her writing gets better.

I picked up this book thinking it was a small town cowboy romance. Well, I got the small town part right. However it is in fact not about cowboys. It’s about lawyers 😂

But don’t let that stop you!! Steal My Heart is a beautiful story ♥️ It’s about love after loss, trust, letting walls down and leaning on each other in hard times.

I love the “Taylor Tea” and the boys group chat 🤣 They both add the perfect banter and giggles into an emotional story.

This is my first book by Laura Pavlov and I have no idea why I waited so long 🤪 but I will definitely be reading more!!!
