I can’t recommend this enough. It’s enough to make even a staunch atheist start to question some of their beliefs. Truly astounding work that transformed my understanding of human nature.
Okay, this is not my typical read. I heard about the book on TikTok and was intrigued enough to go find the audiobook, which happened to be included for free in my Audible subscription.
Dr. Newton is a therapist who uses hypnosis to perform past-life regressions. During his sessions, he found his subjects would often discuss their experiences between life spans. He shares these experiences by transcribing recorded sessions. Each individual is presented as a case number.

This was trippy. I don’t exactly know if I believe it or not but the cool thing is it doesn’t really matter if I believe it or not, the point is, does it helps to change my perspective and love people better? Which oddly enough it seems like it might haha. Had you told me a few years ago that I would read a book on reincarnation and actually seriously consider it, I would have laughed in your face. No one is more surprised than me believe me. But there might be something to this….
I would like to say that I will never think of the afterlife in the same way again, but, if this book is correct, I will be made to forget everything when I next incarnate, including this book...

Gave Me a Sense of Peace
Raised Catholic, I was taught that our souls became blemished by our failings. While I long ago rejected that concept, I sought answers that I've discovered in this book. I still can't grasp why a soul would choose to inhabit a body bent on pure evil like a Hitler or serial killer. I hope the next book sheds more light on that.

This book is so amazing! I went into it thinking it was going to be more evidence lacking content, but now I reference it practically daily in my profession. Can definitely be considered a textbook for those interested in death, spirituality, and the afterlife.
