A super short, basic parable that has some pretty valuable nuggets of wisdom. I look forward to implementing these 3 practical strategies into my work life and life life.

Had to read this for work and felt like I was reading a book written by Michael Scott. Or a script for Sesame Street. It's bad. Also there's one part where they laugh off animal abuse. Don't waste your time reading it.

One of those "classic" texts that merit the brief time it takes to read them. Not total woo but not far off.

Reasonable, actionable, wise advice; packaged in a very readable short text.

Sort of feels like I've read blog posts similar but more intriguing than this, so I don't really recommend this book overall. I would have preferred reading a condensed version of this one.

Concise, effective, impactful. A very short book to teach a simple and beautiful mindset of management: one minute goals, one minute praises, and one minute redirects. Focus on the people, and set them up for success with clear expectations and punctual feedback.

A little cheesy, but I found the three main guiding management approaches to be helpful.

Great read and emphasizes the importance of lifting people up and not breaking them down.
