This book was short and decent to listen to. Presented some good basic ideas for leadership. But it’s not very deep - just some quick ideas to help managers.

The concepts of this book are super helpful and I can understand why it’s so popular in management. The writing style is simplistic and corny at best but it delivers the message easily and simply
i believe that everything in this book could be something helpful to change the rigid office circumstances but unfortunately there will always still some people who can't even manage themselves. they're passive, needed to be -almost always- directed, careless, and etc. plus the the talking about "work for yourself not your boss" sounds so cliché to me.
Useful tips, but honestly this entire book could have been a blog post or long tweet thread.
