Decent ideas but didn’t like the writing style
More of a 3.5 than a 4 stars-- definitely some interesting things to think about for work, but I'm still not sold on how applicable it is.
It was very intriguing. Ken Blachard and Spencer Johnson made some excellent points. I really enjoyed this book.

There was some useful information in here, but the way it was written was so hard to get through that it made it difficult to focus on anything of interest. I also feel like a lot of the information in here is just... painfully obvious. If you have been a manager, or have ever had a manager, then you probably already know the vast majority of what’s in here

I actually enjoyed this book a lot - the advices it gives are simple, but hopefully useful. I would definitely re-read it when I have the chance!
