3-3.5 stars is probably what I would rate this book. It’s classified as a thriller, but I’d call this more of a slow burn mystery. There are lots of secrets (from all characters) woven throughout the book that unravel slowly. I felt it read slightly more YA than I was expecting. I was definitely still entertained, but it wasn’t my fave of Stacy’s books. Still - I thoroughly enjoyed her prior books and am looking forward to her new book this August!
