An excellent, short read that has themes of how friends should be treated (or not). I also love how it is controversial in someways. Students learn from this book. Adults do as well!

Just something light to reminisce on my first memories of depression

little boy is jerk to the tree, she literally gave her whole body to him and he then goes and sits on her when she has nothing left to give

I thought this book was cute and clever. It has a very nice story and I love how it goes through this boys like and gives its all to him. Very nice use of personification I might add.

too deep to be a children's book and too depressing to be an adult's one :')
