I finally finished this series after starting it for the first time many-many years ago...I had moments of anger when Darren acted stupidly or made really naive decisions and yet I kept reading it...And you know what? I am really happy that I did because for me the ending was perfect! ☺️It concluded in a very logical way and it was bittersweet but at the same time hopeful and nice! Well done!

It took me so long to get to this book due to financial problems as a kid (I couldnt find the book in stores much less afford it)

I finally was able to purchase it in Oct 2019 off carousell for RM12.

The amount of satisfaction and joy after finishing this story was otherworldly.
I loved it, so much. I journeyed with Darren through his childhood up till he was an adult and I felt like I grew with him.

The ending was beautiful.
