This was fine up until the end - there was hardly any plot and I didn't love how the smut was written, but then this man said lying was worse than murder and it all just kept going downhill 😭
Things I liked:
- Kat not being super reckless (even if she was sometimes a little stupid)
- "who did this to you" but it's women supporting each other
- plus size main character with her friends and the designer supporting her and Bastian not being super weird about it (even though the body positivity was done in a super cheesy way, it's still leagues above the whole giant man-tiny woman dynamic that's so so awful)
- the narrator! She was fantastic and made it feel very Bridgerton. I would recommend this on audio if you're looking for a good-enough romantasy, even though I didn't love the story itself
- riding sabercats instead of horses???? I loved how it was just real world regency-ish England with fairies but also the humans ride sabercats - it was silly and I loved it
