Frankenstein certainly feels like he was written by a woman but Shelley creates such an engaging and thought provoking story that I’m almost anti science

I was expecting more eeriness based on how it’s always been described. Also expected more sci-fi throughout the rest of the novel. But the writing was gorgeous and the monster’s story is heartbreaking. Frankenstein was a dick.
