Blade was going to sell Eve to a guy who was going to sell her to the highest bidder as punishment for not really running away. Eve continues to love him anyway. I can take darkness & violence in an MC book, but that was too much for me. I was always on the fence about Blade. Sometimes "hell yes alpha" and sometimes "what an asshole" but that scene pushed him so far into asshole territory there was no coming back. I finished it only because I liked Eve.

This book was exactly what I was craving. I am SO glad I stumbled upon it, we can only call it fate. This book is danger and romance all wrapped in one, what more could you need out of a book?
I couldn’t tell you what it is about bad boys but I am a fun blown cliché, damn I just love them so much. Something about them just gets my heart to pitter patter. My brain tells me to shut it down but my heart just eats it all up.
Eve was the badass I loved. I understand her way of survival. That mode you get in where you will do just about anything to make it out on the other side. Putting up your amour to prepare yourself for what life might throw at you next. Although I don’t agree with all her choices and lies, I understand them. Jason and I had a love/hate relationship. Throughout the book I saw glimpse of the man I knew he could be. Then he would go do or say some dumb shit, back to hate town we went. After having some sense literally knocked into him, he was everything I knew he was capable of. Love town tally-ho we went!
If you are looking for a crazy, danger filled, a little on the risky side, soul sucking romance, whelp you have found it. This book right here is exactly what you need, with that go get it now, you will thank me later.
