Short Review: Holy shit what a horrible MC. In book 1 i felt really bad for her and how they were treating her, but in this book, dear god i wanted to burn her alive. Are you freaking kidding me with how she was?! She was basically Hitler, for real, read this and you will think the same damn thing. Giving them rotten food, letting them beat the shit out of the "normal" people and just keep walking as you see it happening thinking they deserve it. I was so happy near the end when her demise was almost upon her.

MAGIANO IS A WANDERER, HE FOLLOWS HIS STAR WHEREVER SHE GOES, AND IN THE MOONLIGHT HE BECOMES WHOLE.
This one got me so emotional. I didn't expect this trilogy to be this way and... wow, what a ride. Marie Lu, I'll be reading Legend really soon.
Another great series by Lu.. Definitely a solid final instalment.
Flaws of characters a main focus:
Yes
This book was really good. The ending was well written and I knew that even Adelina had goodness in her.

The Midnight Star was a fantastic read, like any other Marie Lu book I have had laid my eyes on. It was a great conclusion to the Elites' story and I honestly enjoyed reading the book. The ending stirred a lot of emotions inside of me. I can't even describe how I'm feeling immediately after reading the book. However, despite all that, I think it fell short on the "intense action" moments, which I was expecting more of. I feel like a great part of the book has been a journey that was dragged a bit longer than necessary. And I didn't feel as pumped and exhilarated as I did when I read The Rose Society. But all in all, it was still a great book. Marie Lu is still amazing!
