I wanted to like this book but it really fell flat. Both of the romantic plotlines came out of nowhere, the three narrators didn’t have distinct voices, and the epilogue felt rushed and unrealistic. Bummer

This book pulled me out of a reading slump and I had a good time with it! Loved the Italian setting and enjoyed Hannah’s evolution. The ending felt a bit abrupt and I would have liked one or two chapters from Summer’s POV, but I can appreciate that the reader not knowing why the tragedy happened mirrors the way the friend group doesn’t understand it, either.
