Kneel Down is the 3rd book in the Nailed Down Series.

I love it when these 2 authors get together to write a book.

Kneel Down is Dale Hunter and Gin Sullivan’s story. Gin was Dale’s best friend. She knew that he was off limits because he was married. Gin helped Dale pick up the pieces after Trudy his wife left him, things heated up between them. Then Trudy is back or so Gin thinks. She just can’t trust the relationship between herself and Dale. (that part drove me a little crazy) I also was torn between Dale and Johnny because it seemed like both wanted Gin.

#1 Nailed Down – Kane and Kit
#2 Tied Down – Kiel and Cara
#3 Kneel Down – Dale and Gin
#4 Will be Johnny’s story.

As always, I love reading Chelle Bliss’s books. Note to self, I need to read more of Eden Butler’s books. I can’t wait to read Johnny’s story and that book is next!

I loved Dale.
Navy Seal,loyal,protective and sexy.
He’s the strong silent type.
Especially after Trudy.
Gin is beautiful and strong.
She’s Dale’s best friend.
But also has loved him from afar.
With Trudy gone she thinks now is their chance.
Their friends relationship is really solid.
Both know the other like the back of their hand.
But when it came the love part of their relationship they sucked.
Their lack of communication drove me crazy.
Their attraction for one another is so palpable.
And can be felt sizzling off the pages.
They are hot together but also a hot mess.
I enjoyed reading Dale and Gin’s story and seeing them finally overcome the obstacles they put in their own way and the outside forces working against them.

Holy hotness! I loved Dale and Gin's story!!! It's an emotional roller coaster ride from the the very first page!!! This is an intense, emotional, guilt ridden, lusty, drama filled story with plenty of misunderstandings, miscommunications, tons of snark and come to Jesus moments that captured my heart! You will want to smack them both at times, but the chemistry they have can't be denied. It's SOOO GOOOD!!!

Kneeled Down was amazing!! I loved the tension between Dale & Gin. The story was full of misunderstandings and anger but the outcome was long over due. I am so excited for book 4 and Johnny!!!

This is the 3rd book in the series and is a friend to lovers/ second chance romance. I highly enjoyed this emotionally charged, chemistry fueled book. Can't wait to read the next one by Chelle and Eden, they definitely create magic together.

Dale and Gin have been friends forever. These two have been through so much together. Then one night changes everything between them. Dale regrets everything that happened and wont give up on Gin.But Gin doesn't fall back into Dale so easily. I loved these two together. Right from the beginning you can easily see the chemistry between these two. I love Chelle books and this one is amazing with Eden involved. Highly recommend.

Not a fan.

I’ve liked the first two books in the series, but this one didn’t impress me at all. First of all, Dale wasn’t a good hero. He was too dense for me to root for him. He seriously couldn’t figure out what Gin needed for their relationship to improve. It wasn’t rocket science, just a little bit of empathy.

Second, this book contained my least favorite trope. The miscommunication trope is a lazy book idea. “Let’s have two characters totally not talk to each other about anything important for 250 pages & then, in the last 50, we’ll shove a bunch of exposition in & act like they’ve always meant to be together.

The story wasn’t too bad as far as plot & pacing. But, the H & h were not the best. The h just accepted the H’s “explanation” of why he can’t give the h the dignity & respect she deserves.

Lesson learned-Don’t put up with some baggage riddled alcoholic that patronizes you when you try to help him by telling him that his wife’s cheating on him.

Happy Sunday!

Gin and Dale are a tangled hot mess of passion and love wrapped into unfortunate circumstances and misguided anger. Wanting love, feeling loved and knowing you’re loved are the bones of this book. The push and pull keeps you wanting to know if/when they’ll get their acts together. Their friendship is one most would love to build on and makes you envious and root for their success. Good read overall and looking forward to what’s next!

Kneel Down was another truly brilliant collaboration between Chelle Bliss and Eden Butler. That was not only fast paced and enthralling. But packed full of emotion, heat and great characters. And I honestly couldn't put it down.
