Wow, I loved this book so so much. The character development was beautiful to read. Everything Joey and Aoife went through I felt like I was experiencing myself.

Author Chloe Walsh has an incredibly talented skill with her writing, it is such a joy to read - to feel like we are inside this little world, laughing and crying alongside the characters.

The found family trope too was written to perfection.

Aoife is everything as an FMC, so strong-willed, SO loving and brave, a true fighter. Her and Joey’s love story is NOT smooth sailing or fluffy. It hurts and it’s frustrating and painful times. But God, when things get better for them (wink wink, nudge nudge) does it fee so fucking wonderful. I don’t know if ever read two characters whose souls are so entwined.

Joey is the boy you just can’t help but want to protect from the World. Put him in your pocket and keep him safe. My heart has never broken and been mended by an MMC like this before, and for future references - the stakes are high. I adore him.

Quote from Shannon’s POV:

‘When Aoife joined him at Tommen after Halloween break, it settled something inside of the both of them. I wasn’t sure about soulmates, but if they existed, then my nephew’s parents were a prime example. Joey Lynch and Aoife Molloy; both full of flaws and humanly imperfect and yet so undeniably perfect for one another.’

If you are a romance-reader-addict and have not yet picked up The Boys Of Tommen series, what are you doing? Where have you been? This is a MUST read!!! Suitable for older readers too imho, but please familiarise yourself with the trigger warnings as these books do contain challenging topics.

I don’t think I will ever stop gushing about this pair of crazy lunatics.

These books were super cute, downside I found in each book it got super repetitive with their issues and it got kinda annoying how they just kept bringing it up and it was the same thing over and over again
