Really enjoyed this one! I typically don’t love the second book of a series, but this one stayed super consistent to the first. I feel like we got some good background on more of the characters, and I’m just really interested to see how the final books wraps everything up.

Well this was completely unhinged.

Is the pacing completely off? Do our characters not really have enough time to develop? Yes and yes.

But I am willing to make sacrifices for this book, even against my better judgement. And so I am here rating it five stars because even with all its flaws I did enjoy it so much. This is not five stars for perfection. This is five stars for enjoyment and for knowing that I could settle in with this audiobook and know I was going to have a good time reading it, even if it's completely absurd.
