Um YES Claire Kingsley I surrender to you. Take all of my money. Tilikum’s very own Romeo & Juliet, Levi and Annika were the perfect end to this series - and they did a way better job at reuniting their families than R&J. Trying to decide which of her series to start next is my next challenge.
Though I do really need to stop reading these small town family series because when I finish I find myself googling small towns I can move to. But what are the odds I’d move to one and have a hot fireman with a psychic grandmother who gives everyone animal names fall in love with me? Too specific of an ask? Whatever.
Only complaint is that it was too long. I get we had a lot to wrap up with the mystery portion of the series but I wasn’t really interested in any of it. So that whole last 25% of it was kind of boring. But I’m choosing to base my rating off of the rest of it (the actual love story) because I can do what I want.
And I bawled like a freaking baby at that bonus epilogue.

Not only was Levi’s story completely worth the wait, but it was the perfect ending to the Bailey Brothers series. We finally get so many questions answered, and get to see those Havens a little more up close and personal. I cannot wait to see what Claire has in store for us with their series!
But back to Levi and Annika… or Romeo and Juliet… if they had managed to not die tragically and actually get their families to get over themselves, the way Levi and Annika did

Did Levi and Annika just take the spot of my favorite Bailey couple from Evan and Fiona? Yes, yes they did.

This book made me laugh, cry, and everything in between. It answered every question I had during this series. It was honestly the perfect series ending. Claire also did a great job of setting up her future series about the Haven brothers.
