This book is different from others I’ve read. There are 2 stories in 1. So this review will read differently than my other reviews.

The first story has to do with Becka and Aaron who hook up as a one night stand during Becka’s sister’s wedding. Becka is a commitment phobe who has relationship trust issues due to her experience with her parents’ relationship. Aaron is a type-A guy who, while hasn’t had a serious relationship with anyone, isn’t afraid of commitment to the right person. Their one nightstand is incredible, but ends. Until 3 months later when Becka calls Aaron, seemingly out of the blue, to tell him she’s pregnant. Aaron wants to do the right thing and moves the pregnant Becka into his house. She is very resistant and her walls are completely up, but the sex is still as good as they both remember from that fateful night. Will Becka get over her commitment issues and will Aaron lighten up a bit more so they can have a future together, along with their child?

I wanted to like this story, and I love Katee Robert, so I thought she would be the one to be the except for my absolute hatred of the pregnancy trope. I was wrong. I couldn’t stand this story because of the pregnancy trope. The author’s writing style is good, I have no complaints about that. This is purely a preference thing. If you don’t mind or enjoy the pregnancy trope, you’ll more than likely enjoy this more than I did. My rating for this story is 1 star.

Second story: Trish doesn’t know what she wants to do with her life. She just moved to New York City thanks in part to her big brother, Aaron. He provided the funding for her apartment and a job at his company. Yet Trish knows it’s only temporary until she can figure her life out.

Trish meets her boss, Cameron, who co owns the tech company alongside her brother Aaron. First impressions aren’t great. He’s gruff and grumpy in comparison to her sweet and sunny disposition. Yet there is an undeniable attraction between them. They both resist it due to the power dynamics of Cameron being Trish’s boss.
Will Trish and Cameron finally give in to their forbidden temptations, or will they play it safe and keep their longings locked up to keep everything professional?

I definitely enjoyed this story more than the first one. It’s a grumpy/sunshine, forbidden romance, slow (for this author) burn, with tension and longing. Definitely much more to my liking. I give this one a 3 star rating.

This duology dives into the lives of two women, Becca and Trish, whose stories are both refreshingly real and packed with unexpected turns. Neither of their lives has unfolded quite as they dreamed, but as each navigates her own set of challenges, things start to fall into place in ways they never saw coming. With fantastic chemistry, just the right amount of spice, and vividly crafted scenes, these books keep you hooked from start to finish. The plot is both engaging and satisfying, with enough depth to make their journeys feel authentic and relatable. It’s a great read that balances heat and heart beautifully!

Make Me Yours (4⭐️)
-Accidental Pregnancy
-One Night Stand
-Opposites Attract

I love a good accidental pregnancy story! Aaron and Becka were hot and I loved their banter! High chemistry with a swoony MMC, what more could you ask for? I liked seeing these two make plans for the baby and make space in each others lives.

Make Me Need (4.5 ⭐️)
-Boss x Employee
-Grumpy x Sunshine
-Forced Proximity

Of the two novellas in this book, I liked Cameron and Trish best! Honestly I’m a sucker for grumpy men and workplace romances so I ate this one up in a day. Trish was very intriguing to me and I could relate to her plenty! Cameron was a surprise because I wasn’t keen on the story until I read it! The way he was gone for Trish stole my heart!
